Dutch Magazine Psychologie Magazine created a video course on reducing persistent pain by practicing certain types of mindfulness. I got commissioned to create illustrations and animations explaining the difference between sudden- and chronic pain, what pain stimuli are, and how the brain perceives those stimuli.
