I illustrate, animate, snack, draw, sew, paint, design and procrastinate doing my taxes.

While I work with a variety of materials and techniques, what always defines my work is it’s positive, bright vibe that reflects my personality. Be it self initiated or client work, I always strive to make something that will make you, or your audience smile.

After my studies in media, I worked in film, communication agencies and magazines before discovering what I love most: illustration and design. My past experience and skills allow me to implement those illustrations in branding, animation, surfaces and physical products.

You can contact me here, follow me here or find me in my work studio on Bickerseiland, Amsterdam with my pup Pippa.

  • What I do

    • Strategically think with you on how to use and integrate illustration and/or graphic design to attract your audience.

    • Make (sets of) illustrations for editorial, digital, commercial or personal purposes.

    • Make those illustrations move & wiggle to make them interesting enough to post on social media.

    • I love projects where branding and illustration go hand in hand. And my work can appear physically (on products and objects in a space) ánd digitally (advertising, campaigns and on social media).

    • Navigate the bumpy road of grumpy printers and their jargon to have your illustrated products printed exactly as you envisioned them to be.

  • What I dream of doing

    • Illustrate a cookbook! Like Wendy MacNaughton did for Samin Nosrat’s Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat. Or Vera Babida for In Praise of Veg by Alice Zaslavsky.

    • Actually, anything food related: packaging, tablescapes for fancy dinners (menus! placecards! decoration!) or kitchen- and tableware.

    • Sustainability is my jam. I would love a project that raises awareness about protecting that beautiful planet of ours.

    • As a feminist, everything feminist.
